We have a 2-4 day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free from makeup, oils, perfumes and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of wigs that has been worn, installed or altered.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item when the return is due to change of mind, not reading the wig description, unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit

Once your return item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If paid with Klarna, your refund will be processed through Shopify and Klarna will update your payment plan or refund the amount you have already paid as applicable.
Please allow your payment bank and payment provider some additional time to complete the refund after it has been processed by us.
In any case customer wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been customised , entered production or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
This policy does not affects your legal rights as a consumer under applicable UK consumer protection law.
If an item is faulty, not as described or does not meet the required legal standards, you may have additional rights to a repair, replacement or price reduction.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide
Please do not alter , wash , install or attempt to repair the unit before contacting us, as this may affect your ability our ability to access the issue and affect your refund.
No exchange offers are available on any of our units. Kindly check wig details and preferences carefully before placing an order.
