All appointments are booked in 2hours block. Service may take up to 3-4hours depending on the style, you can find the estimated duration in your style name.
To secure your slot a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 would be required upfront which will be deducted from the initial price of service.
All prices shown are just for your install and does not include The Wig, Styling or Wigging of new hair bundles. Emergency appointment outside regular service/ out of hours service will I cure additional £20 service charge. From 9pm
You can reschedule your appointments 7 days before the appointment day through your confirmation email.
Balance would only be accepted in CASH. To pay with card a terminal fee of 2% of charge is added to your balance
Due to limited space, we do not accommodate plus one.
For a flawless, natural-look install, thinner lace gives the best results
Badly dye-stained lace cannot be used
Swiss and HD laces provide the most natural blend
Choose lace based on your skin tone:
Caucasian or light skin: Transparent/HD lace
Light brown or darker skin: Light brown lace
Ensure to include your Full name, Date and time of your appointment on the package being sent or delivered in person.
Our Address: Ensure to include our full address, including our apartment number, on your postage
Drop hair 5 days before appointment
Late drop-off will incur an additional £10. Ensure to include your Full name, date, time.

All wigs must be properly washed and cleaned before being sent to us.
Out of hours appointment is only available from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00pm for extra £30 plus selected service fee. To book this service contact us via

We do not offer either full or partial refund after service has been rendered. However, if you have any issue with your install please feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue.
Appointment cancellations will result in no refund of the deposit.
15-minute grace period
20+ minutes late: £10 late fee
30+ minutes: appointment cancelled
PONYTAIL APPOINTMENT (Frontal, Natural hair sleek), please do ENSURE to have your hair already washed and blow dried as there won’t be extra time to do this during your appointment. Failure to do so may result to cancellation
Please not we do not offer cornrows and customers are advice to come in with a flat cornrow.
